In celebration of 500 years of Christianity in the Philippines and the 410th Foundation Anniversary of the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas with the theme: 500 Years of Christianity: 410 Years of Fidelity, the UST Graduate School, led by the History Program, presents the lecture of Assoc. Prof. Augusto V. De Viana, Ph.D. – Program Lead of History at the UST Graduate School deliver his lecture entitled: “The Pioneers: The Historic Roles of Bishop Domingo de Salazar, O.P. and Archbishop Miguel de Benavides, O.P.”
The Panel of Reactors are Prof. Antonio C. Hila, Ph.D., Faculty Member in History at the UST Graduate School and Assoc. Prof. Archie B. Resos, Ph.D., Chairperson of the UST Department of History. The lecture will be held online on 28 April 2021, Wednesday, at 4:00 PM.
