Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture (MOC) and the Taichung City Government, through TECO in the Philippines, are now calling entries for the 22ND DA DUN FINE ARTS EXHIBITION, which will serve as an avenue to showcase different artworks. The competition is open to both domestic and foreign artists.
