PRE-ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT (1st TERM AY 2015-2016) OBE Course Reflective Vignette

All old graduate students are required to answer  the OBE Course Reflective Vignette.
1. Download the form, print, and fill it out. (The number of copies will depend on the number of courses you enrolled in last term.)
2. Submit the completed copies to the Clearance Section (Step 1) when you enroll on July 21-25, 2015. Otherwise, clearance forms will not be issued.
Note: Hard copies of this form will also be available during the enrollment. However, we highly suggest that this be completed prior to the enrollment period. Thank you.
